Pool hours change for the fall season

Starting October 13 the pool closes at 7 pm on weekdays and 8 pm on weekends. The heater stays on through November 15, then the pool closes for winter maintenance.

Gate access: new remote codes start November 1

The front gate on Hidden Hills Dr moves to new remote codes on November 1. Every household needs to re-register remotes at the clubhouse before then; old codes stop working that morning.

Annual meeting set for Tuesday, November 18

The annual meeting is at 7 pm in the clubhouse. On the agenda: the 2027 budget, two open board seats, and the landscaping contract. Proxy forms go out with the next notice.

Landscaping contract: three bids received
